Version 1.1Latest
July 27, 2026
New
- Presets — save your favorite setups for a notebook and switch between them with one click. A preset remembers your filters, grouping, sorting, visible columns, column widths, row height, and footer settings. Available in both Table and Notes views, up to five per notebook. Name them, give each a color, drag to reorder, and they stay in sync across your devices.
- Summary row in Table view — totals, averages, medians, highest and lowest, and counts at the bottom of any column. Pick a summary per column, get one per section when grouping is on, and track progress toward a tag like "Done" with an inline progress bar.
- Sort, group, and filter in Notes view — the same tools the Table view has, gathered into one View Options menu. Group your notes into collapsible sections by tags, toggle, or rating.
- Notebook menu on Mac and iPad — reach fields, settings, sharing, web forms, API, duplicate, archive, and delete right from the menu bar. Note actions live in the File menu, including Duplicate Note with ⌘D.
- Press ⌘Return in the table to open the selected row as a full note.
- Row numbers can now be hidden, and row height moved into the new View options menu.
Improved
- Tags and ratings now appear as colored pills and stars in the note list instead of plain text.
- Larger, easier-to-scan notebook icons in the sidebar.
- On iPhone, table search moved to the toolbar and the table's controls are grouped into a single View options menu, leaving more room for your data.
- Deleting a brand-new empty note no longer asks you to confirm.
Fixed
- Fixed a crash that could happen while browsing or filtering notes.
- On iPhone, the app once again opens straight into your notebook on launch, following your Launch behavior setting, instead of stopping at the notebook list.
Version 1.0.11
July 22, 2026
Improved
- Redesigned filters in Table view — a cleaner filter editor that opens from the filter button (instead of pushing the table down), works great on iPhone and iPad, and shows a live count of matching notes as you build your filters.
